About Faith In Action...

FIA is a Christ's Church ministry dedicated to mobilize its people to put their "faith in action" by serving the local community and those in need with the love of Christ.

The FIA ministry works with local mission agencies to plan one-day service projects to serve people and agencies in need. Examples of service projects:

Feed the homelessAssist the elderly with home repairsMake craft cards or blankets for hospitalized childrenPaint a school classroom, home, or local missionOffer a free community car washSend letters or care packages to deployed militaryLandscape for a local mission, home, or schoolVisit & socialize with elderly or disability residentsDonate, sort, & distribute clothing, food, or toysEtc, etc, etc.

We encourage small groups and families to serve together on a project. Some projects are planned for a specific day, while others are flexible for you to schedule a service day by contacting the mission agency directly. Click on the link above for the current list of project opportunities. Please note that some agencies have a minimum age requirement, maximum capacity, or other guidelines.
